Gary D. Condra, senior partner of The Condra Law Firm was raised on a ranch near Talpa, Texas. Gary obtained his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and went on to earn a Ph.D in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. After serving as an economist for the Texas A&M Extension Service and as a professor at Texas Tech University, Gary earned his law degree from Texas A&M University. Gary is recognized as one the nation's premier agricultural law attorneys.
Merinda K. Condra, Gary's daughter and law partner, earned her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. After working for a United States Congressman and the Speaker of the Texas House, Merinda graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law. Merinda served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas before joining her father in The Condra Law Firm. Merinda is also the founder and Director of Adoption Covenant, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit adoption agency.
Betty M. Condra,, matriarch of the Condra family, is a licensed real estate broker, and manager of The Condra Law Firm. Betty has multiple degrees from Texas Tech University including a degree in Home and Family Life and a degree is Agricultural Economics. Betty has been the real estate business for over thirty years.
